Called Phil and he was able to get me in the very next morning. He and Sammy showed up on the early end of the appointment window and were fantastic. Able to open our lock, and gave us a replacement skeleton key (which are impossible to find these days). They were quick, professional and extremely reasonable. Love the fact that Phil started this business 42 years ago and continues to run it. Hats off to the small business owner succeeding and doing it well!
