I called OC Locksmith and spoke with Phil. He sent Jordon out to our home to fix our front door lock. We were locked out with no other entrance available to get in. Jordon was professional and fixed the front door lock and explained everything he was doing so I would understand the problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Jordon was very knowledgeable, friendly and left the area he was working on just like he found it with nothing out of place. Great experience.
