Very qucik response from the first reach out. They were very professional and efficieint. The Technician (Eric) was on time, friendly, and quickly assessed our needs and any opportunities to improve / change our current systems. He improved every door in the house (including working on a frenc door lock system to dramatically improve it). Re-keyed three locks to be ont he same key. We were told "this would be impoossible." But apparently we just went with the wrong locksmiths first. So happy to have worked with OC Locksmiths and Eric. Would have them back as soon as any needs or updates / improvements come along. Eric (the Technician) also made a great impact on our three year old son who has been working on all the other doors and door knobs in house !!
