We needed 3 entrance door deadbolted locks all rekeyed. Called at 9:00 - Eric arrived by 11:00 and he was done by 1:00. I choose this company because of the Youtube video - it really showed who you were hiring and that sold me. Eric was pleasant and went above and beyond by adding a new strike plate and a few other little things we needed done to the entry doors. More then I expected and saved me from the headache of doing it myself. Its rare that you need a residential locksmith - but if you do need one - hire this company. : )
