We had an issue with one on the bedrooms in our West Irvine home. It was inadvertently locked and we were unable to correct it. We called O. C. Locksmith and they were in our house the next day in the morning and fixed the issue promptly. The fee was reasonable and our serviceman Jordan, explained what occurred and what he did to resolve the problem. He was very courteous, helpful, and interested in our questions.
