I first emailed O.C. Locksmith from their website. Phil responded within a few hours and a convenient appointment was made. Dave was the one to come to my home. He was polite, friendly, experienced and professional. My dog approved of him, too. My locks work really well now! Dave even fixed them so I don't have to pull hard on the door handle for the deadbolt to engage.
