I was referred to this carpet cleaning agency because I just bought a new house. Their professionalism and communication is completely on point. They are wonderful at following up and their technician was wonderful. However, I was expecting the carpet cleaning to improve the smell that was in this new house and it definitely did not. That may have been my misunderstanding on what their service is provided however I wish I would have known beforehand that it wouldn't get the smell of smoke out.
