Our basement heat pump needed to be replaced. Sig Cox worked with our very complicated schedule to remove the old system and install a new Lenox heat pump. The technicians were very courteous and professional and completed the install in less than a day. Our main unit is a Lenox that Sig Cox installed a few years ago so naturally, we called them for the basement system. We highly recommend them!
