I submitted a review shortly after Sig Cox solved the issue with our new heat pump that replaced another at least 20 years old. It was time! We have been customers of Sig Cox for most of our 55 years of marriage and we have never had an issue that was not resolved by that company within a short period of time. Our longtime plumber went out of business and, while we have been able to replace that one, it is our hopes and prayers that Sig Cox will be with us the rest of our lives (We are both 86). Wonderful service, great people.
