Brandon went above and beyond to diagnose the air flow issues I was having that caused my unit to freeze up. He provided a repair option that wouldn't break my budget (where less honest companies may have tried to take advantage of the situation) and was courteous, on time and very communicative about when he planned to stop by. I would highly recommend this company and especially Brandon as a technician. Will definitely call Sig Cox the next time I need an AC repair or diagnostic.
