We purchased a new HVAC unit thru Costco and were contacted by a Sig Cox rep (Doug) for the initial consultation. He explained in great detail how everything would go if we chose to proceed...and we did. We were contacted with an install date and the installers (Cory & Jamal) showed up at the specified time. Being a major DIY'er, I had several questions that they graciously answered to my full satisfaction. The guys were great~! They completed installing the new unit, tested it while explaining how my thermostat worked with the features of the new unit that the old one did not have. This was a great experience~! I would fully recommend Sig Cox Heating & Air Conditioning, whether going thru Costco or not.
