We purchased our townhouse a little over a year ago, and found that the HVAC wasn't well-maintained. Thank goodness for Sig Cox and their ability to quickly troubleshoot problems! We have two HVAC units, and both broke within months of one another. Sig Cox had their work cut out for them with fixing faulty wiring, and a hack-job by a previous company who installed incompatible parts. We had Nolan on their team out several times to work on both systems, and he knows his stuff. Now that we've had everything serviced, replaced and repaired, everything is working as it should be, the systems are much more efficient, and we haven't had a system outage since.
