Sig Cox installed our new Lenox heat pump and removed the old system on October 20, 2020. Cory and Jamal were the gentlemen who handled the whole process. They're both very knowledgeable and conscientious. It was our pleasure to have them at our home. While they worked hard they were personable and answered all our questions and concerns. At times we bantered and joked. These men are true professionals! Thank you for doing an excellent job. Now we are looking forward to the benefits of the new system.
