My AC stopped blowing cold on the hottest day of the year (of course). Sig Cox sent someone out the next day and found the issue and fixed it in 15 minutes at a very reasonable cost. Great service.
Side note- had a similar issue 3 years ago, same HVAC unit, but the old company I was using then told me I needed a whole new unit. Since switching to Sig Cox, that same unit is still running strong.
