Technician was on time and thorough. He came into the house and I asked where his mask was and he said he doesn’t wear a mask. I did let him in but I immediately left the room. It seems to me he should have been wearing one. I called your office and was told technicians are given masks so they have them when customers ask. Seems to me that should be a rule that they wear them to protect themselves as well as the customer.
