Not only was it the first day of spring and a toasty 80+ degrees outside but we are also stuck indoors because of the lovely Coronavirus and my A/C decides to not work when I turn it on for the first time this year. Thankfully I called Sig Cox and they tell me that I can get someone out around 3pm because they were running short on technicians thanks to the shelter in place situation. Thankfully Morgan, our technician showed up an hour early and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Then he made sure to remind me about my military discount and explained the service contract to me as well. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience in light of the circumstances. Thanks again Morgan and Sig Cox for making a tough situation bearable!!!
