Our service technician arrived on-time, and was at our home for about 45 minutes. He checked everything inside and out, cleared blocked drain lines, changed our filters, fixed a gap in an air return, and made sure everything was running as expected. The previous owners of our house did not maintain things very well, so I was glad he took the time to make sure everything was okay. He was very friendly and helpful. I will be using Sig Cox for our routine maintenance going forward.
