The Carrier equipment is performing extremely well. The sales and service/installation personnel were very helpful, efficient, and professional. The initial evaluation of the difficulties anticipated for the installation due to very tight space constraints was a challenge. The installers quickly identified a solution and completed the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new unit in a total of less than 5 hours. I am very pleased.
