Sig Cox was recommended to me when one of our HVAC units required replacement.
I like the PM contract as it has been quite useful when the unit has gone out. A technician is usually here within an hour. Most often the problem is resolved during the visit.
The Carrier unit that replaced the Trane unit is much quieter, and seems to do a better job when cooling the upstairs.
