We were leaving town for vacation and the downstairs ac stopped working. We called and were told they could be there between 12-2. Repairman called at 12:30 and said he was on the way. He got us up and running at a fair price. Vacation was delayed a few hours but a disaster was avoided. Sig Cox is reliable and dependable. We will never use anyone else.
