When my old compressor failed I called my former vendor on a Saturday morning and they could not get to it until Monday. We were in the high 90+ degree days so we could not wait. I read about Sig Cox in Angie's List and they sent a tech who recharged the refrigerant and we had cold air for 3 days before it proved we needed the new unit. That was agreed on Tuesday and we had cold air again (now for good I expect) on Wednesday. Plus they loaned two window ACs so we could work and sleep in the house. I love them. Doug especially, but all three of the technicians were great. I asked a lot of questions and they were eager to answer. Great culture Sig Cox. Thanks.
