I've been a customer of Sig Cox Heating And Air Conditioning for some time. The latest visit was because I had tried to use a brush to brush the debris out of the furnace. I broke off a piece of one of the parts by accident. I called Sig Cox Heating And Air Conditioning; Jimmy was in the area, and he came right away. He cleaned everything out and got the part and installed it. He got the furnace running right away. He explained everything to me. He told me they'd be glad to come out for routine cleanings. He answered every question I had. Jimmy was very polite, patient and courteous. Whenever I have any problem with my HVAC, I would surely like Jimmy to be the person who would do my service.
