I called Sig Cox Heating And Air Conditioning early in the morning. They were not open yet but someone called me back within 30 minutes. The technician arrived shortly after. He inspected the system and found that the control board or motor had to be replaced. He left for a brief moment to go pick one up at the shop and had the part installed in no time. I really don't think it even took an entire hour. I am really impressed with the service and the speed at which they were able to get out to see me!
