After having another Air Conditioning company out twice in one week I call Sig Cox, Wow, night and day between the two company's. I now have a lot of water damage in my ceiling because the other company didn't stop what was happening, which was not finding the switch broken to stop the over flow of water in the pan after the coil had frozen, the other was they told me after I had to ask the lady in the office if he checked and blew out the drip line that would have drained the water out side, she said he answer and said yes he had. When Sig Cox came they spent an hour upstairs vacuuming the pan of water and then disassembling that pipe which was totally stopped up. I will never call anyone one else except for Sig. So professional!
