My first ever full bag fit with club champion was an incredible journey with my club fitter Jerry Azurin. First, the facility was beautiful. Leather couches the golf channel on TV. A putting green with every putter known to man and free sports drinks. I met with Jerry. We talked for 15 min about my game, my goals. Then we went into the hitting bays with Trackman. I warmed and up and started the iron fitting process. Six iron and tested 4 high-end shafts. I ended up with the Nippon Modus Tour Black to go with my Taylormade P790's, and let's say we both agreed it was the right shaft. I don't hit my 6iron 198, but I did thanks, Jerry! Wedges I came out with a mix set Taylormade MG2 & Hi-Toe a Callway Jaws all with Modus Tour Black Shaft. My hybrid and 3 wood stayed in the bag. They hit optimal numbers.
Now for the Big Boy, I got a custom fit in Taylormade Sim Max with an Accra tour z TZ5 fell in love all over again. I just hit Rockets, and the shaft was smooth through impact. Piercing flight! Lastly, my putter fitting I ended up with a Taylormade spider x in chalk white super happy with that selection. Overall my honest experience with Jerry and Club Champion was enjoyable. i cant stop talking about it. I am so glad that my clubs are going to be built by club champion and pure. No more changing equipment at Roger Dunn every 90 days. I got my set for years to come. Come with a mindset that you will be here for 3 1/2 hours and enjoy the process. Rick
