Darren (and Jerry) were very professional and helpful, guiding me through a series of evaluations, presenting options, making recommendations, while at the same time not pressuring or "directing" towards only one specific solution (brand/set of brands/etc.).

The whole idea is to help create a "personalized" solution, and I am excited to see how the choices we made are going to work!
