I called Jeff on Friday afternoon and explained that we only had a week to get the carpet clean to meet the every 18 monthwarranty requirement. Lucky us he was able to come on Monday, even all the way to Tome! He and his helper Eli spent 45 minutes and managed to bring our microsuede couch back to new. Amazing given how many hours I have put in trying! Carpet looks great, too! Both Jeff and Eli were very professional and personable... I'm happy to recommend Bear Carpet Cleaning!!
