Eccellent exceeded my expectation
Had a quart of red chili spill on new carpet in my new RV. We tried to clean the spill but was spreading. Bear Carpet was recommened to me my by Don Lovato at Carpet Source.
To me this was an emergency so I contacted Jeff at Bear Carpet explianed whst happened and he had a crew on site within a couple of hours.
Stain was removed with no evidence of the spill.
