They arrived on time, provided an estimate, took the rug, and returned it about a week later at the time they agreed to deliver it. They assisted with the furniture moving needed to roll the rug for removal and to reinstall it. Their prices for cleaning are fair and reasonable. We are quite pleased with their professionalism.
