Nick's Plumbing installed a whole new A/C unit for me this past week and the three technicians, Emanuel, James, and Alex were superior. They not only did an exceptional job but also keep me in informed every step of the process. When they were finished; Emanuel made sure that I understood the system before they left that evening and that type of commitment by the Nick's Plumbing team meant a lot to me. Leonard, their supervisor was also very professional and wanted to make sure I understood my new system as well and made sure I had all my questions answered.
