I’m typically a very patient person especially when I’m in need. The window for my 2nd appointment was 8-10 am, which I’m uncertain why a window is given and they ALWAYS make it at the end time of the window (inexplainable). So there’s a wasted 2 hours you could’ve been doing something else! At 10 am I had to call the company to verify that I was still scheduled and was told the tech was en route and arrival was 18 minutes; outside the 8-10 window scheduled. I purposely waited until 1030 am before calling back and still no tech arrival. When I called back I was told that the tech was at the gate and had been calling me which was definitely untrue! Then I recalled my first appointment when the tech arrived approximately 40 minutes late!!. The reason I gave the first tech a good review is because of his skills and service provided in the area of explaining the issues that created the need to call an HVAC company, although he was EXTREMELY LATE!
Seems being late is a Staple Standard Practice for the company!
