I called them for a blocked tub at one of my rental properties.
They came and said charge is $269 irrespective if they can clear it or not. I paid.
In 5 minutes the guy said it is not a block, the pipe under slab is broken n fixing it will cost $4500 minimum for upto 5 feet. Anything beyond will be extra.
Was willing to do it for $200 less if i paid cash on the week end.
I called another plumber who cleared the block in 10 min for a $50 service call.
Man i am glad i did not believe nick or rely of their so called experience of 22 years.
