I needed a plumber, and our subdivision has a book with the names of different companies in it. I saw Nick's Plumbing & Sewer Services there, so I took a chance on them. I encountered nothing but professionalism from the first minute forward. The person who answered the phone was professional. They emailed me the information and followed up with a text message letting me know the tech would be there within 30 minutes. They even emailed me a picture of the tech, and I really appreciated that. He showed up in 25 minutes, and of course, he was extremely professional. He did a super-good job for me, and he thoroughly cleaned up after himself. I have no complaints whatsoever. I was very satisfied and I highly recommend Nick's Plumbing & Sewer Services! I only wish it was possible to give them more than Five Stars!
