We contacted Platinum Care to save our wet oriental rugs, not knowing that they could also save our wet leather, upholstery, carpets and wood floors and perform water damage restoration. This turned out to be a lucky break - they quickly brought in equipment to dry us out, removed our wet rugs and wet leather furniture, cleaned and restored everything to like new condition, and worked with my insurance company to make this horrible inconvenience a lot less painful.
