We just moved to the area and we ran into a serviceman with Cota's Comfort. We stopped alongside the road and talked with him a bit. It was then that we realized that we should go with their company. I really liked the fact that they were a local business and that I could be in support of our new neighborhood. We had done a little research before meeting up with them that day. Their prices and quality of service came out way ahead of the rest of the companies in the area. The technician they sent out on this first visit was named Tony. He was very good and one of the nicest servicemen that we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He took the time to explain everything to me. I asked a lot of questions about how my new system works and he did not rush through it but took his time to answer everything I had asked. Cota's Comfort offers an excellent maintenance deal where they come out every six months and do a thorough checkup of your system. So we went with the annual service contract covering our heat pump and air conditioning unit. It was a very good experience and everything turned out just fine. I highly recommend them!
