The service with Cota's Comfort was fine, they've done work for me for several years and there's no problem there. The one thing I'm unhappy about is that I paid them for a year's worth of maintenance service and then later I decided to sell the house. I called them up thinking I could get them to transfer the contract to the new owners of the house but they refused. I didn't even ask them for the money back, I just wanted them to do the work I had already paid for, but they wouldn't do that. Don't pay them ahead, that's my advice.
