We made the right choice going with Cota's Comfort. We needed to replace our AC outdoor unit. Jamie came by first (on time) and evaluated our situation. We learned something about our house; square footage wasn't what we thought. Jamie then came back with proposals. He patiently answered our followup questions. There was no hard-sell. After we agreed on a plan, Pee Wee and his crew came by (on time). They were professional and courteous. Pee Wee, the crew head, patiently answered all our questions and concerns.
