We haven't been with Speir Heating and Air that long, but so far everything's working well, I have a contract, and they called to come out and do what they were supposed to do. The young man who came out was very helpful. He checked everything, and brought the humidity down in the house a few degrees, which was great. He checked all the vents, some of which were closed. My ninety-five-year-old mother-in-law lives with us in the house, and she gets cold, so we usually close the vents on her side of the house. Since the thermostat is on her side of the house, the rest of the house is pretty cold, but her side is fine. The people from Speir show up when they say they will. They are punctual and dependable. They come in and get the job done, and don't leave a mess. They listened to all our questions and answered everything. They are very helpful.
