They are friendly, they are thorough, and they come on schedule. They also do what they say they will do!
We have used Speir Heating and Air for several years, and they have been very good. They recently came out and checked our thermostat for us, and they also cleaned the outside part of the air conditioning system. They spent a lot of time cleaning it for us, and it looks very good now.
