Speir Heating and Air does preventative maintenance work for me, and they do such a great job! The same tech has come out several times now, including the most recent visit, and he is very pleasant and respectful. I never have to worry about him being in my house. Plus, they are very flexible. If I ever need to move or adjust appointments, they are very accommodating. All in all, five stars!
