I had 2 QuietCool STL Pro 2.5X fans installed. The experience working with Eco Electric was great all the way through - from initial Sales (with Seth) to scheduling (I love that they have an automated system that emails&Texts you the date before to tell you when they will be there, text alerts the morning of telling you they are on the way), installers showed up right on time, got right to work, covered the floors, did a super clean and professional job, had both fans installed and were done in a little over 4 hours! Hats off to Tyler, Julia and Brandon ! Additionally, because of the COVID-19 outbreak, they wore masks, and disinfected the main surfaces they were in contact with. I felt very comfortable with their procedures in this hard time. Thanks Team!!

As far as the product goes, I installed some of the first Quiet Cool fans in my last home and these are even better. I highly recommend Quiet Cool products. They have sizes and solutions that should work for most everyone and great warranties. Eco Electric also has a warranty on their work as well.
