We had a slightly complicated problem in an older house, with plumbing irregularities and difficult access. The team that came out -- Matthew, the Ideal Plumber, and Kenyatta, his Cool Sidekick -- were more than we hoped for. They explained every step and each complication, gave us options, and completed the job in what seemed record time (delayed only by snow and illness). We are totally sold on this group!
