I called before business hours and received excellent reception from their answering service and a return call from their scheduler as promised after they opened at 8am. Repair technician arrived earlier than estimated. He diagnosed the problem and completed the repair in less than half an hour. I am very satisfied. Couldn't ask for any better treatment or service.
