I put in request online Saturday. Service guy called and suggest I schedule a tune up special Monday which was cheaper then a Service call. Said someone would call me back Monday to schedule. I called back myself to schedule and lady told me I couldn’t use coupon offer and she would let the tech I talk to over weekend go out. So I had to wait all morning for him to finish with another customer cause she wouldn’t send out a different tech. He comes out says my regulator is out which is covered by warranty but he has to take all the freon out and warranty won’t pay. My cost is $1200. I had 2 other licensed AC repair men come out. Both say unit will keep about 90% of freon after repair which drastically cuts my cost. Both confirm your guy was taking advantage. I would not recommend you for services.
