Burt was the repair man for the broken unit. He could not change out the new unit for a few days. TO many people lost their units in the heat wave. He got mine working till they had an opening to install the new one.
Burt was awesome. Very kind and knowledgeable. Super glad we got him as the service guy ! Great guy. They need to give him a raise.
