Knowledgeable, conscientious, and hardworking, but they didn't have to order the parts before completing a repair.
To qualify my ratings, first of all, I think one of the service people at Hartshorn TV and Appliance, a man named Raphael, is particularly knowledgeable and extremely conscientious and hardworking. I request him whenever possible. The objection and frustration I have with the company is that when they come out and diagnose the problems, saying what's wrong and what you need, they have to order the part. I would like the company to have parts on the vehicles so they can just go out to the curb and pick up the magic part I need so I don't have to make two appointments and make sure I'm home within a certain time. I would like them to get it all done at one time, and if they had stock on the vehicle I think they could do it.
