I will not use them again.

I will not be using Don't Sweat It Air and Heat, Inc. again. I called them because my HVAC system was not cooling. They checked it out, broke the main circuit board, and told me they could not get a part for it because it was too old. The salesman was pushy and tried to talk me into a system costing much more than the other quotes I was able to obtain. I do not recommend them and will not call them again.

I am sorry you have had that experience, but we have no record of providing AC service for you. The only record I have found is an estimate on AC replacement, which we provided about 7 months ago. Our salesman was not called out to your house to offer a repair solution or to "check it out". We only have record that the system was older, not working, needed to be replaced, and to provide an estimate.
