We were very impressed right from the outset. The person we talked to on the phone was very professional and pleasant. Dan, who came out to assess our situation was just wonderful. He was a very knowledgeable person, and had a great personality. He was not pushy or anything, and wasn't trying to upsell us. He just focused on what our needs were. He provided us an estimate, and because of the company's professionalism, and attitude, we plan to go with them on the new units!
