The service techs at Don't Sweat It Air and Heat, Inc. are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. They did a good job and got everything working again. When I called to set up the appointment they said I was scheduled for a maintenance call so they would do everything in one visit and moved my appointment up. When they came to do the work the service tech did the maintenance and said he was finished. My wife asked him about the problem we were having smelling burning wires. He was not aware we were having a problem. He was only scheduled to do a service call. When my wife made him aware he did the repair right away. They are always very polite and professional, and I will recommend them. My only suggestion would be to improve communication between the office staff and the service techs. The service techs are great at what they do.
