Our first experience with Don't Sweat It Air and Heat was overall very good, we aren't sweating in our home anymore! We were having some issues with our A/C recently so we gave them a call and they were able to set up a time for them to come out to inspect our unit. They were able to quickly find the issue, they let us know that we needed a coil replacement and also some freon added to our unit. They treated us very well throughout the whole process but the only thing I would recommend they do better is to explain the bill. I was confused about what was covered by warranty and exactly what I was paying for but I'm glad they got everything squared away for us.
